Dr. Lee 's research relates to policy, structural and technical change in rural financial markets and the U.S. farm sector. Specific areas include the changing structure of commercial banking and the Farm Credit System, the role of public credit programs, credit scoring and risk rating, tax policy and management information system. Lee 's extension outreach program includes work on agribusiness finance and management, farm appraisal, intergeneration transfer of small businesses, estate planning, management of agricultural loan portfolios, risk management, and farm income tax management and policy. He is a member of the College 's Academy of Teaching; State Leader for FINPACK education, and a member of Ohio 's Board of Tax Equalization, Current Agricultural-Use Value Advisory committee.
